Kathmandu. The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has invited applications for the recruitment of a large number of permanent employees. The authority has opened applications to fill the posts of various levels and groups under the technical and administrative services through open competitive examination.

Issuing a notice on Friday, the authority has invited applications from qualified Nepali citizens for various posts from the tenth level to the fifth level. The recruitment process includes the posts of the electrical and engineering group towards technical services and the accounts and other groups in the administrative service.

The authority has demanded one employee for the post of manager under the tenth level. Similarly, under the eighth level, one assistant director of administrative services, one senior chartered accountant and three assistant managers under technical services have been demanded.

Similarly, the authority will recruit employees for various posts including Assistant Manager, Administrative Officer, Law Officer, Accounts Officer, Chartered Accountant and Engineer.

A large number of employees have also been demanded for the posts of assistants. At the provincial level, applications have also been invited for the posts of meter reading supervisor, accountant, supervisor, and others.

The NRA has urged Nepali citizens who meet the required educational qualifications, experience and other criteria to apply for various posts.

Interested and qualified candidates can apply from today till November 8, 2020. The notice issued by the authority states that the eligibility criteria required according to the post, the application process and the examination are related to the examination.
