Kathmandu. Madhya Bhotekoshi Hydropower Company has been nominated as a new director.

Baburaja Maharjan, chief executive officer of Chilime Hydropower Company, has been sent to the board of directors as an institutional representative. Maharjan took oath as the director on June 15.

The chairman of the company is Subhash Kumar Mishra, while tulsi Ram Dhakal, Baburaja Maharjan and Narayan Prasad Acharya are the directors of chilime hydropower company.

Govinda Prasad Parajuli, Ram Kumar Thebe, Bhuminanda Aryal and Rama Khadka are the general directors. Dhakal is the president of Nepal Investors Forum.
