Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal has given permission to Bungal Hydro Limited to issue an IPO. The board has given permission to the company to issue 2.9 million units of IPO at a face value of Rs 100 per share.
The company received permission from the board on June 15 to issue an IPO worth Rs 290.5 million at the rate of 35 percent of the issued capital to the project-affected locals and the general public. Himalayan Capital is the issue manager of the company.
