Kathmandu. Two more sky bridges are being constructed in the Kathmandu Valley for the safe and smooth movement of pedestrians.

The Ministry of Physical Infrastructure has allocated budget for the construction of sky bridges at two places.

The ministry has allocated Rs 25 million for the construction of sky bridge at Babarmahal under the strategic road bridge construction.

Similarly, Rs 40 million has been allocated for the construction of sky bridge at Min Bhawan.

In the absence of sky bridges, pedestrians are forced to cross the road at risk in both places. With the construction of the bridge, it will be easier for the passengers.
