Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure the dividend of United Ajod Insurance. The shareholders who have remained till date will get the dividend fixed by the company.

The company is going to close the book for the purpose of general meeting on June 15. The company has offered 10 percent bonus shares and 0.53 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to the shareholders from last year’s profit.

The company has convened its annual general meeting on July 15. The meeting will begin at 10:30 am at Amrapali Banquet, Catering and Event Pvt Ltd, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu.

In addition to dividend, the company’s annual report for the fiscal year 2080/81, profit and loss and cash flow proposal will be presented in the meeting. There is a proposal to appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82 and fix his remuneration.
