Kathmandu. Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal to issue an IPO. The board has given permission to the Board to issue the IPO to Bandipur Cable Car on Thursday.
Bandipur Cable Car will issue a total of 5.86 million units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 each. Nepal SBI Merchant Banking is the ipo sales manager of the company.
Bandipur Cable Car, which was completed at Bandipur, a tourist town of Tanahun, has come into commercial operation from June 15. Ram Chandra Sharma is the chairman of the company.
