Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has ruled that the appointment of office-bearers of constitutional bodies should not be nullified.
In this case, the Supreme Court dismissed the writ petition as per the majority verdict and ruled that the appointment of the appointed office-bearers of the constitutional body would not be canceled.
