Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure the dividend of Asian Life Insurance.

Only the shareholders who have remained till date will get the dividend fixed by the company. The company has said that it will close the book for the upcoming general meeting on July 15.

The company will give 5.10 percent bonus share and 0.26 percent cash dividend for tax purposes from last year’s profit.

The company has convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 15. The meeting will begin at 1:00 pm at Hotel Ichsha Samir Bara.
