In the last 11 months of the current fiscal year, 258.814 million liters of refined oil worth Rs 55.03 billion has been exported through Birgunj border point.
In the same period last fiscal year, only 464,138 liters worth Rs 88.3 million were exported. In the 11 months of the current fiscal year, crude oil worth Rs 9.75 billion has been imported through this border point. In the same period of the last fiscal year, it was worth Rs 8.04 billion.
A total of 38,895,339 litres of sunflower oil worth Rs 8.4 billion has been exported through Birgunj customs point in the last 11 months of the current fiscal year. In the last 11 months of the last fiscal year, 527,291 liters of sunflower refined oil worth Rs 99.4 million was exported.
