Kathmandu. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has taken action against Cipla Securities Pvt Ltd. Nepse has suspended the business of Cipla for three days.

Cdsc has suspended the transaction for three days on the basis of a letter sent to NEPSE after Cipla failed to clear the transaction on time.

According to sub-rule 1 (g) of Regulation 22 of the Securities Transaction Operation Bye-laws, 2075 BS, the transaction has been suspended for three working days with effect from June 23.
