Tanahun. Nepal Investment Mega Bank has donated Rs 100,000 to Meen Secondary School. As part of its corporate social responsibility, the bank spent Rs 100,000 to provide a tin roof to the school after it came to know that the roof of the Meen Secondary School building at Tharpu of Myagde rural municipality-4 was blown away by a storm in May last year.
According to school principal Rajendra Bhandari, a roof has been installed in the 12-room building of the school. Earlier, there was a stone roof. He said that tin was used instead of stones as there was a risk of accidents while continuing it.
