Kathmandu. China’s leading smart electric vehicle ‘Xpeng G-7’ has set a new record.

Expeng achieved a historic milestone by delivering more than 800,000 vehicles worldwide on July 11, 2025 – August 28, 2082. The company said that this new record is a testament to the rapid growth and popularity in the global market.

In Nepal too, Xpeng has been strengthening its influence in the last few years. Due to technology-based intelligent vehicles, attractive design and high performance, Xpeng is becoming a trusted and futuristic EV brand in the Nepali market. The company has introduced vehicles that can run easily from urban roads to remote areas of Nepal.

Expeng delivered 34,611 vehicles in June 2025 alone, an increase of 224 percent over the previous year. This has pushed Xpeng to the fourth position among China’s new energy vehicle startups. The company’s ‘G6’, ‘G-9’ and ‘G-7’ models are particularly popular. Of these, J-7 Electric AUV received 10,000 orders in just nine minutes. Its 702 km range and advanced aerodynamic design have caught the attention of the customers.

In the first six months of 2025, Xpeng has delivered 197,000 units. This is more than the entire delivery of June 2024. The company aims to deliver 380,000 units of vehicles by the end of 2025 and establish a presence in 60 countries.

In Nepal, Xpeng is expanding its after-sales services, spare parts and local service centers along with vehicle sales. The company aims to provide an easy, reliable and long-term EV experience to Nepali consumers.
