Kathmandu. Today is the last day for Prabhu Insurance Company to secure dividend. The shareholders who have remained till date will get the dividend fixed by the company.

The company has convened its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the company’s central office on August 15. The book has been closed for one day on August 14 for the purpose of the meeting. Therefore, only the shareholders who have remained till date will get the dividend fixed by the company.

The company has 18 percent bonus shares and 0 percent for tax purposes. It has proposed a cash dividend of 94 percent.

Similarly, the company will issue 47 percent of the paid-up capital after the distribution of bonus shares.
