Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal has given permission to City Hotel to issue right shares.
The board has allowed the hotel to issue 1:0.80 percent right shares.
At present, the paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs 1.33 billion. Sebon has approved the issue of 133,092 million units of shares worth Rs 1.33 billion at the rate of Rs 100 per share.
It is priced at Rs 100 per share. Prabhu Capital is the right sales manager of City Hotel.
