Kathmandu. Pokhara Finance and Samriddhi Finance are going to merge into one group. The merger agreement has been signed between the two finance companies. Pokhara and Samriddhi Finance have merged in the ratio of 1:1.

Sudip Ghimire, coordinator of Samriddhi Finance, and Til Bahadur Gurung, coordinator of Pokhara Finance, signed the agreement.

After the merger, the chairman will be from Samriddhi Finance, four from Samriddhi finance and three from Pokhara Finance. After the merger, pokhara finance limited will do business. After the merger, the unified transaction will take place from November.
