Kathmandu. Two founding shareholders of Shangri-La Development Bank are about to exit.
Founder shareholders Shamsher Bahadur Bista and Mahendra Prasad Gurung have left the bank. They are going to sell the shares they own.
Bista is selling 15,843 units of shares while Gurung is selling 15,384 units.
Applications for the shares have to be made within 35 days. The first responsibility to apply for the shares will be that of the founding shareholder.
If the founder shareholder does not buy within the stipulated time, it will be issued to other persons.
