Kathmandu. Chitwan-based Hotel Siraichuli Limited is going to issue general shares (IPO).

The IPO will be issued in the near future in accordance with the provisions contained in the Securities Registration and Issue Regulations and the Guidelines on Issue and Allotment of Securities. The company has appointed Nabil Investment Banking as the issue manager for the IPO.

Mr. Chudamani Khanal, Chairman of Hotel Siraichuli and Mr. Manish Narayan Joshi, CEO of Nabil Investment Banking signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Hotel Siraichuli is located in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-10 of Chitwan. These include contemporary accommodations, multicugene restaurants, 3 banquet halls, 5 boardrooms, infinity swimming pool, rooftop restaurant, pullside bar, gym and spa.
