Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the ipo issued by Swastik Laghubitta Financial Institution to Nepalis going abroad for employment.

The company has issued shares for Nepalis in foreign employment since July 15.

The company has received permission to issue 231,000 units of IPO worth Rs 23.1 million, representing 40 per cent of the issued capital from Sebon.

A total of 1,155 units of shares have been set aside for employees and 11,550 units for mutual funds. Out of the remaining shares, 23,100 units of shares worth Rs 2.31 million have been issued for Nepalis living abroad.

Nepalis in foreign employment can apply for a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 5,000 units. Nepalis in foreign employment can apply from the Securities Board through banks and financial institutions that are members of the Securities Board and my shares.
