Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal has given permission to Srinagar Agritech Industries Company to issue an IPO.
The board has given permission to the company to issue 3,265,500 units of shares at the rate of Rs 100 per share.
Nabil Investment Banking Limited is the issue manager of the company.
