Kathmandu. Kathmandu: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that electricity tariff has been fixed at Rs 3 per unit for irrigation.
Prime Minister Oli informed through social media that 500 borewells were being dug in the drought-hit Madhes province today.
“Work has begun to dig 500 deepborings in the Terai. Farmers will have to pay only Rs 3 per unit of electricity for irrigation,” pm Oli said on social media.
