Nepali entrepreneurs from all over the world join, committee expanded in Gandaki

Pokhara. The International Federation of Nepali Youth Entrepreneurs (FINE), established with the objective of connecting young entrepreneurs scattered in different countries of the world, has also expanded its committee in Gandaki.

The gandaki state committee was formed under the leadership of Jitu Gurung. Hari Bhujel is the senior vice-president, Shanti Shrestha Udas and Sunil Neupane are the vice-chairmen of the 19-member committee. Engineer Chiranjibi Gautam has been elected as general secretary while Prashun Bhandari and Raj Kumar Sunar have been elected as secretaries.

Poshraj Poudel, Joint Treasurer Rudra Regmi and Spokesperson Krishna Prasad Acharya have been elected treasurer. Asmita Lamichhane, Bhupendra Kumar Lama, Ramesh Prasad Bhurtel, Hari Lamichhane, Gopal Krishna Sangraula, Dharmaraj Panthi, Thaneshwor Baral, Santosh Pradhan and Surendra Kunwar are the members.

Gandaki State Chief Minister Surendra Raj Pandey called for investing foreign experience, skills and capital in the motherland and said he was ready to amend the law if necessary. “Finney’s efforts to explore possibilities in Nepal by challenging those who want to come abroad or wear saffron robes are commendable,” he said. ’

Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) President Chandra Prasad Dhakal pledged the private sector’s support to fine’s campaign to connect young entrepreneurs.

Director General of the Department of Industry Rajeshwor Gyawali said there are plenty of opportunities in Nepal and called for investing foreign skills in Nepal. He also urged investors to invest in the startup sector. He said, “There is a need to create a fund for startups and invest. ’

Central President Swatantra Pratap Shah said FINE has expanded its network at home and abroad within a short span of time. According to him, nepali youth entrepreneurs are going to join the campaign to create new entrepreneurial and employment opportunities within the country.

Similarly, Vice President Shamim Anwar said fine will work in business collaboration, knowledge transfer, exhibition and marketing.

IEC Senior Vice President Gokarna Prasad Dhakal informed about the rationale behind the establishment of FINE.

IEC Secretary General Dipen Ghale said fine aims to empower Nepali entrepreneurs scattered in the global market by building a network of collaborations, guidance and opportunities among Nepali entrepreneurs.

Similarly, Fine Bagmati’s advisor Ram Kumar Thapaliya said that the aim is to include entrepreneurs from all walks of life. After Bagmati and Gandaki, the aim is to expand the organization to all other provinces as well, said Nepal Coordinator Ram Sharan Thapa.

President of FINE America Sabindra Thapa, President of FINE Hong Kong Inder Pun and Chairman of FINE Bagmati Krishna Khatiwada held a panel discussion on the occasion. They were of the view that there was a need to collaborate to take the skills and products between the entrepreneurs from the inter-state to the international market.
