Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the ipo issued by Darmkhola Hydro Energy. Today, you can apply for the company’s IPO only till office hours.

The company has been issuing an IPO for the general public from July 15 after issuing shares for the local residents of the project-affected areas and Nepalis in foreign employment.

The company has received permission to issue 3.95 million units of shares worth Rs 395 million i.e. 38.33 percent of the issued capital of Rs 1.35 billion. Out of this, 1 million 30 thousand 500 units of ordinary shares worth Rs 103 million 50 thousand have been issued for the locals of the project affected areas.

Similarly, 291,950 units of ordinary shares worth Rs 29.195 million have been issued for Nepalis who have gone abroad for employment after obtaining labour approval. Similarly, 58,390 units of shares have been allotted to employees and 145,975 units to mutual funds.

The company has issued 2,423,185 units of shares worth Rs 242.318 million to general investors.

Applications can be made for a minimum of 10,000 to a maximum of 50,000 units. Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited is the sales manager. Investors can apply from the Securities Board through banks and financial institutions with C ASBA members and my shares.
