Kathmandu. Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company has earned a profit of Rs 542.47 million in the last fiscal year. This profit is 5.65 percent lower than the same period of the previous fiscal year.

In the same period of the previous fiscal year, the company had posted a profit of Rs 574.96 million. As of Mid-July, the company has rs 196.65 million in the disaster fund. This is an increase of 34.88 percent compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year.

The size of the company’s life insurance fund increased by 32.86 percent to Rs 10.10 billion.

The company has earned a total insurance premium of Rs 4.53 billion till mid-July of the last fiscal year. This is an increase of 16.83 percent compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year. In the last fiscal year, the company earned Rs 4.32 billion in net insurance premium. This is an increase of 25.30 percent compared to the previous fiscal year.

The company’s earnings per share is Rs 11.22 and net worth per share is Rs 154.235.
