Mustang. The Kagbeni-Chusang section of the Jomsom-Korala road, which connects north and south, has been blacktopped.
Chief of Beni-Jomsom-Korala Road Project, Dhruba Jha, said that 9.8 kilometers of blacktopping is going to be done in the first phase. Rs 288.7 million has been allocated for blacktopping the road. Earlier, the stretch from Ghasa to Kagbeni had been blacktopped.
According to Jha, the kagbeni-Chusang road is targeted to be completed by mid-July 2084. The length of the road will be 11 meters and the width will be 7 meters.
