Kathmandu. IME Life Insurance has organized a massive blood donation program on the auspicious occasion of its 8th anniversary. The program was organized with the technical support of Nepal Red Cross Society. A blood donation programme was organized at Lainchaur in Kathmandu.

Hundreds of people including board members, customers, agents, employees and the general public volunteered to donate blood at the event with the theme ‘Blood Donation, Life Donation’.

Inaugurating the program, Chief Executive Officer of the company Pawan Kumar Khadka said that health, service and social responsibility are the important basis of our business and life-saving work like blood donation is the responsibility of all of us.

The representatives of Nepal Red Cross Society expressed gratitude for the long-term collaboration with the company and said that humanitarian work like blood donation will give new hope to many lives.

The company has been conducting various social responsibility programs within its anniversary week, including health camps, insurance awareness, prabhat pheri, etc.
