Kathmandu. Hathway Investment Nepal Limited has announced the dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year.
The company has announced to distribute 12 percent bonus shares of the existing paid-up capital and cash dividend at the rate of 0.632 percent for tax purposes.
A meeting of the company’s operating committee held on September 29 decided to distribute dividend at this rate. The dividend will be distributed after it is approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
