The index, which measures the market, rose by 4.38 points to 2766.09 points. Nine hundred forty-seven thousand 833 units of shares of 322 companies were traded for Rs 4.18 billion.

The price of 101 companies has increased while the price of 149 companies has decreased. The sub-index of investment, production and processing, microfinance and non-life insurance group has decreased. The sub-index of the rest of the groups is green.

There has been a positive circuit in the price of Development Hydropower Company in the transaction.
