Kathmandu. Baje’s Sekuwa Company is going to issue an IPO. The company has convened its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to discuss a special proposal for ipo issue.

A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on September 29 decided to hold the meeting from 3:00 pm at the registered office at Battisputli on September 15.

The meeting will discuss the special proposal for issuing IPO, making necessary amendments in the management letter and regulations, merging with other companies and dda and authorizing the board of directors for this.

Similarly, a proposal to discuss and pass the financial statements of the last fiscal year and appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year and fix his remuneration has also been fixed for the meeting.
