Kathmandu. Nexgen Management and Equity Solutions Company is going to issue an IPO. With the proposal to issue the IPO, Nexgen has called an annual general meeting with the proposal of ipo issue.
The meeting, which was called for Friday, presented a proposal to issue 30 percent of the ipo to the general public. Once the company’s proposal is approved by the general body, the company will be preparing to issue an IPO.
Investors investing in the company’s founder shares will be able to buy the IPO by adding a premium of Rs 20.
