Kathmandu. Tiger Palace by Hotel’s business has increased in the last financial year. In the last fiscal year, the company had made a business of Rs 422 million.

The company has a turnover of Rs 238 million in 2024. Similarly, in 2023, the business was Rs 129 million, in 2022 it was Rs 76 million and in 2021 it was Rs 16 million. Similarly, the hotel, which has been in a loss since 2021, had been in operating profit since last year. Last year, the profit margin of the hotel was 52.8 percent.

The debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) of the hotel with a loan of about Rs 2.4 billion is only 0.9. This means that the operating profit of the hotel is less than the monthly installment of the loan. Generally, DSCR is considered better than 2. On the other hand, the company has a rating of Rs 2.49 billion for long-term and short-term loans. The company has a rating of Rs 2.21 billion for long-term loans and Rs 280 million for short-term loans.

Registered in January 2014, Tiger One Pvt. Ltd. is the owner and operator of Tiger Palace by Solti (formerly Tiger Palace Resort), a five-star integrated casino resort located in Bhairahawa of Rupandehi district. The resort started commercial operations on November 29, 2017 and was recently rebranded in November 2024 and renamed Tiger Palace by Soaltee.

This hotel is nepal’s first five-star integrated casino resort. Spread over seven bighas of land, the resort currently has 102 rooms. Silver Heritage Investment Pvt. Ltd. owns 100% stake in Tiger One Pvt. Ltd.
