Kathmandu. Today is the last day to receive the dividend of Hathway Investment Company. The shareholders who have remained till date will get the dividend fixed by the company.

The company has closed the book on August 15. The company has convened its annual general meeting on September 15. The company’s 17th meeting will be held at Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu.

The company will give 12 percent bonus shares from the profit of the last fiscal year and 0.63 percent cash dividend for tax purposes on bonus. Shareholders will get this proposal after it is passed by the Assembly.

The company has proposed to authorize the board of directors to amend the management letter and regulations, to elect four directors to be represented in the board of directors, and to approve the appointment of an independent director.
