Kathmandu. NIC Asia Bank has launched ‘NIC Asia Sathi Home Loan’ scheme with the objective of providing home loan up to Rs 30 million to meet the needs of customers. With the slogan ‘Dream yours, with ours’, this home loan launched by the bank will be available with attractive interest rates and other attractive services.

Loans will be provided for the purchase of houses and apartments, construction and reconstruction of houses and houses and purchase ghaderis under this ‘NIC Asia Sathi Ghar Karjar’, which will be provided from a minimum of Rs 5 million to a maximum of Rs 30 million. The tenure of this loan is maximum 25 years.

Under this loan scheme, the ratio of loan and security has been fixed at a maximum of 80 percent in the case of the person buying or building a house for the first time and a maximum of 70 percent in the case of others.
