Kathmandu. Prabhu Capital has declared a dividend for its shareholders.

The board of directors of the company has distributed 12.63 percent dividend to its shareholders from last year’s profit. The company has proposed 8.63 per cent cash dividend and 4 per cent bonus shares.

Capital Capital has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 26. The meeting will begin at 9:00 am at Royal Singi Hotel, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. The company will submit a dividend proposal to the meeting. The meeting will discuss the calculations related to profit and loss for the fiscal year 2081/82. It has proposed to appoint auditor and determine remuneration for the fiscal year 2082/83.
