Kathmandu. The District Administration Office, Kathmandu has imposed curfew in Singha Durbar, Narayanhiti and sheetal niwas areas. The office said the curfew has been imposed from 1 pm to 10 pm.

Zenji is performing in Kathmandu today. The curfew was imposed after protesters entered the premises of the Federal Parliament building in New Baneshwor. Curfew has been imposed in Sheetal Niwas (President’s Office), Maharajgunj, Vice President’s Office, Narayanhiti Durbar Museum area and Singha Durbar area.

Earlier, the District Administration Office had issued curfew orders from New Baneshwor Chowk to Bijli Bazaar via Everest Hotel in the west, From Baneshwor Chowk to Minbhawan in the east, Shantinagar to Tinkune Chowk, From Baneshwor to Ratnarajya Secondary School via North Iplex Mall and from Baneshwor Chowk to Shankhmul Bridge via South Shankhmul Oralo.
