Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) General Secretary Gagan Thapa has said the party was ready to form a government under the leadership of the person chosen by the Genji movement. He said that the environment is also being created for this.

He made the announcement in a video message posted on Facebook today. He said that the country can move forward only by respecting and addressing the demands put forth by Jenji.

He said in a video that the interim government is expected to be finalized by this evening. He also assured through a video message that the Congress party will now be corrected and will rise stronger.

In the video, he mentioned that there was a big loss on September 24. On the 24th, he said that the office, heritage, party president and hundreds of friends were physically attacked.

He said that the houses and property of his friends were set on fire and vandalized. He claimed that the Nepali Congress should take the initiative to reconstruct the damages.
