Kathmandu. President Ram Chandra Poudel has appealed to all sides to help make the House of Representatives election scheduled for March 4 successful.

Issuing a press release on Saturday, President Poudel appealed to all sides to make use of the opportunity to appease the people and hold the elections scheduled for coming February.

President Poudel said in a statement, “A peaceful way out has been found after hard efforts in the most difficult situation of the country. The constitution has survived, the parliamentary system has survived and the federal democratic republic has survived. The people have got the opportunity to move ahead on the path of a more advanced democracy by holding the elections to the House of Representatives within six months. ‘
