Rs 14.31 billion spent on study in a month

. Although there are well-equipped universities, colleges and necessary educational institutions within the country, the number of people going abroad for higher studies is increasing rather than decreasing. In the last one month, Rs 14.31 billion has gone abroad for studies.

According to the details released by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) on Monday, the expenditure on education is slightly lower than that of the previous year.TAG_OPEN_div_10 In the first month of the current fiscal year, Rs 14.31 billion was spent on the study compared to Rs 14.96 billion in the same period of the last fiscal year.
