Kathmandu. Sagar Distillery Company is currently issuing ordinary shares to the general public.

The company is issuing shares from September 15 to September 18. According to the company, the earnings per share for the fiscal year 2081/082 was Rs 0.59. It is projected to reach Rs 2.07 in the year 2082/83, Rs 6.89 in the year 2083/084 and Rs 15.83 in the year 2084/085.

Similarly, in the financial year 2081/082, the net worth per share was Rs 106.87. It is projected to reach Rs 107.57 in the year 2082/83, Rs 114.45 in the year 2083/084 and Rs 130.27 in the year 2084/085.

Similarly, the company made a profit of Rs 23.34 crore in the fiscal year 2081/082. Similarly, it is projected to reach Rs 24 crore 84 lakh 59 thousand 102 in the year 2082/83, Rs 29 crore 84 lakh 56 thousand 244 in the year 2083/084 and Rs 413 million 5 thousand 739 in the year 2084/085.

The company has 80 percent promoter shares and 20 percent of the general public. Alka Goyal owns 10.63 percent share, Ashutosh Khaitan 14.52 percent, Dipesh Khaitan 2.85 percent, Prem Bahadur Baral 2.20 percent and Sandeep Jalan 9.14 percent. Jalan is the former CEO of NASA Securities.

Similarly, Suman Gautam owns 1.29 percent, Shova Mishra 3.49 percent, Capital Max Securities Chairman Atit Lal Shrestha 2.25 percent, Kshijit Jalan 1.05 percent, Captive Investment Company 1.29 percent, Durga Prasad Upreti 1.29 percent, Dinuka Pokharel 2.20 percent, Shyam Gopal Dhaubhadail 1.06 percent, Rajendra Kumar Shakya 1.93 percent, Hazari Bhatta 1.14 percent, Hari Prasad Bhatta 1.72 percent and Sagar Sedhai 1.36 percent ।

Likewise, Chhote Lal Rauniyar holds 1.72 percent share, Shreya Jalan 1.89 percent and Shreeram KC 3.10 percent share. Alka Goyal is the chairperson of the company while Ashutosh Khetan, Ratan Kumar Chaudhary and Jyoti Dahal are the directors of the company.

Rajiv Prasad Pyakurel is the Chairman of Captive Investment Company and Keshav Mishra is the Director of the company. Satya Narayan Todi is the Chairman of Ibrox International Pvt. Ltd. and Binay Kumar Todi is the Director.

Similarly, Bishnu Pokharel is the chairman of the investment company while Binod Dhakal, Bijay Ranabhat and Nabis Pokharel are the directors. Rakesh Shrestha has been elected as the chairman of Gahwamai Inversion Nepali Pvt Ltd while Sandip Jalan, Pramod Bahadur Chhetri, Suman Taj Karnikar and Navrath Kumar Baniya are the directors of the company. Abhaya Thapa has been appointed as the chairman of Arsiya Investment Pvt Ltd while Suyogya Panta, Sujesh Panta, Sanjita Giri and Rupa Sah are the directors of the company.

Sagar Distillery Company Limited (Sagar Distillery) is issuing Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public from September 30. The company is going to issue the IPO to the general public after the IPO issuance for the Nepalese working abroad.

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the issuance of 14,52,000 units of shares i.e. 20% of the issued capital of Rs 72.60 crore. The company has issued 1,45,200 units of shares for Nepalese living abroad after obtaining work permit for employment.

72,600 units have been set aside for the mutual funds and 43,560 units have been set aside for the employees of the company. The company is issuing 11,90,640 units of shares at a price of Rs 11,90,64,000 to the general public.

Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 10,000 units. Muktinath Capital has been appointed as the issue manager. The interested bidders can apply for the IPO through Securities Board of India (SEBON) and Bank of India (SEBON) and Mero Shares.
