Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has called its annual general meeting (AGM) to approve the dividend.
The bank has called its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 10. The bank has announced to pay dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. The bank has called a meeting to approve the dividend.
The bank has proposed 10% bonus share and 5.7895% cash dividend including tax. After the approval of this proposal, the shareholders will get it.
In the meeting, the bank will present a proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, elect 6 directors including 3 members from promoter shareholders and 3 from the general public, and appoint auditors.
The bank, which has called the meeting, is going to close the book for a day on September 22. The shareholders who are in power till September 23 will receive the dividend fixed by the company.
