Baitadi. The Mahakali Highway has been obstructed due to landslides. The landslide occurred this morning at Salsena of Dogadakedar rural municipality-5 along the highway.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Deepak Kumar Raya informed that the highway has been completely obstructed due to the landslide. The highway has been obstructed due to landslides. Vehicles left for Darchula and those from Darchula have been stranded due to the obstruction of the highway.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Raya said they are coordinating with the Road Division Office and local bodies to resume the highway. The highway was obstructed due to a landslide on Tuesday as well.
