The bank has declared dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on September 14 has proposed 18.20 percent dividend. The company has proposed 13.53 percent tax and 4.67 percent cash dividend.
The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and subsequent AGM of the bank.
