Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the exchange rate of foreign currencies for today. According to the Nepal Rastra Bank, the selling rate of one US dollar today has been fixed at Rs 140.21 and Rs 140.81 for buying and selling of one US dollar.

The buying rate of European Euro 1 was fixed at Rs 166.01 and selling rate of 166.72 paise, UK Pound Sterling 1 at Rs 191.27 and selling rate at Rs 192.09, Swiss Franc 1 at Rs 178.25 and selling rate at Rs 179.01.

The buying rate of one Australian dollar has been fixed at Rs 93.58 and the selling rate of one Australian dollar has been fixed at Rs 93.98, the selling rate of one Canadian dollar has been fixed at Rs 101.96 and the selling rate of one Canadian dollar has been fixed at Rs 102.40.

The buying rate of Japanese Yen 10 was Rs 9.59 and selling rate was Rs 9.63, the buying rate of Chinese Yuan 1 was Rs 19.74 and the selling rate was Rs 19.82.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of Thai Dirham 1 is Rs 4.42 and the selling rate is Rs 4.44, the selling rate of UAE Dirham 1 is Rs 38.17 and the selling rate is Rs 38.34. The selling rate of Swedish kroner 1 has been fixed at Rs 15.14 and Rs 15.21 and Danish kroner 1 at Rs 22.24 and Rs 22.34 respectively.

The central bank has set the buying rate of Hong Kong Dollar 1 at Rs 18.03 and selling rate at Rs 18.11, the selling rate of Kuwaiti Dinar 1 is Rs 459.74 and the selling rate is Rs 461.70, the buying rate of Bahrain Dinar 1 is Rs 371.83 and the selling rate is Rs 373.42.

The selling rate has been fixed at Rs 160 and Rs 100 for buying and Rs 100. The central bank has stated that the exchange rate can be revised at any time as per the need. However, the exchange rate to be fixed by the commercial bank may vary and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
