Kathmandu. If any agency under the Ministry of Finance asks for bribe or does not work on time, a complaint can be made directly to the Ministry.
For this, the Ministry can contact the Under Secretary and Section Officer. The ministry has said that this arrangement has been made to get information related to complaint management.
“In case of any kind of unnecessary delay or difficulty in service delivery by the employees in the services provided by the regulatory bodies, departments, offices and banks and financial institutions under the Ministry of Finance, complaints can be made directly at email and hotline (toll-free) number 18105000410. ‘
