Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the exchange rate of foreign currencies for today. According to NRB, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at Rs 140.65 and the selling rate at Rs 141.25.
The buying rate of one European Euro 1 was fixed at 165.20 rupees and the selling rate was 165.91 paise, while the selling rate of one was set at 189.46 rupees and 190.26 rupees respectively.
The selling rate of one Australian dollar has been fixed at Rs 102.06 and selling rate of 1 Australian dollar has been fixed at Rs 102.06 and Rs 102.50 respectively.
Similarly, the selling rate of Japanese Yen 10 was Rs 9.51 and Rs 9.55, while the selling rate of Chinese Yuan 1 was Rs 19.77 and the selling rate was Rs 19.85, the selling rate of Saudi Arabian Riyal 1 was Rs 37.50 and the selling rate was Rs 38.59.
According to the central bank, the buying rate of Thai Bat 1 is Rs 4.42 and selling rate is Rs 4.44, the selling rate of UAE Dirham 1 is Rs 38.29 and the selling rate is Rs 38.46, the selling rate of Malaysian Ringat 1 is Rs 33.43 and the selling rate is Rs 33.57. The selling rate of Swedish kroner 1 has been fixed at Rs 14.95 and Rs 15.01 for selling and Rs 22.13 for Danish kroner 1.
Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has set the selling rate of Hong Kong Dinar 1 at Rs 18.09 and selling rate of 1 at Rs 18.17, Kuwaiti Dinar 1 at Rs 461.37 and selling rate at Rs 463.34, Bahrain Dinar 1 at Rs 373.30 and Omni Rial at Rs 366.85.
The selling rate has been fixed at Rs 160 and Rs 100 for buying and Rs 100. The central bank has stated that the exchange rate can be revised at any time as per the need. However, the exchange rate fixed by the commercial bank may vary and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
