Kathmandu. Manjushree Finance has declared dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting of the Board of Directors held today has decided to provide 15 percent tax and cash dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and the upcoming AGM of the company.
