Kathmandu. Public enterprises that are financially weak will not be allowed to issue public offerings (FPOs).
The Ministry of Finance has decided that the government will not invest further in public enterprises that are financially weak and cannot pay principal and interest and return.
It has been decided to prohibit the issuance of limited and additional public offering shares by the institutions with investment of the Government of Nepal during the period of such a moratorium.
