Kathmandu. The government has made it clear that the vacancy adjustment is going to be made with the objective of providing effective service to the bodies with high workload.

The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has said that additional posts of employees will be made available in the areas where the workload is available after it was found to be unclear regarding the decision taken by the meeting of secretaries on September 14.

Joint Secretary at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Dr Bhishma Kumar Bhusal, said that the secretary-level meeting decided to manage the vacancy in the agencies facing difficulties in service delivery due to the high workload. It is stated that the adjustment of posts will be done in such a way that it does not affect the career development of the employees.

The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) on Tuesday sent a letter to the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration stating that the issue has been further clarified.
