Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has decided to take action against those flying kites, drones and balloons in and around Tribhuvan International Airport.
TIA general manager Hangsraj Pandey said that they were urged not to operate kites, drones and ÷balloons in and around the airport since the last few days.
“We have requested the people not to carry out such activities as kites, drones, balloon flying and laser lights may have a serious impact on the flight safety of the aircraft,” he said. Action will be taken against those who disobey or disobey. ”
As Dashain and Tihar, the great festival of Nepalis, approach, there is air movement from the airport and kite flying in the surrounding areas.
