Kathmandu. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the weather will be generally cloudy in the hilly region and partly cloudy in the rest of the country as the influence of the monsoon wind is weak and there is partial influence of the local wind.

Issuing a special weather bulletin today, the Division stated that light rainfall along with thunder and lightning is likely to occur at some places of the hilly region of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces towards the afternoon. Likewise, there are chances of heavy rain in one or two places of the hilly region of Koshi and Bagmati provinces.

According to the Division, the weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly region and generally fair in the rest of the country tonight. Light rain will occur in few places of the hilly region while there is likelihood of heavy rainfall in one or two places of the hilly region of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.
