Sanima Reliance Life Completes Employee Training Program

Kathmandu. Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Company (NLIC) has conducted a 2-day residential training program aimed at building knowledge and capacity for its employees.

Deputy Director of Nepal Insurance Authority Padam Prasad Sodari and trainers of Synergy Milestone presented the awards. Deputy Director Padam Prasad Sodari imparted training on anti-money laundering and prevention of terrorist financing. Synergy Milestone’s trainers discussed workplace values, ethical standards, and compliance requirements for employees, focusing on the changes they need to make in order to maintain good relationships with their coworkers and other internal and external people.

On the occasion, Chief Executive Officer Shiva Nath Pandey highlighted the importance of combating money laundering and terrorist financing and clarified that all employees and levels of the company would follow it in letter and spirit.

He also expressed that they will leave no stone unturned in compliance with this guideline. He also expressed the belief that the knowledge and skills imparted in the training would be implemented in the workplace, maintain good relations among the employees, respect personal values and values and enhance the efficiency of the employees.

Sanima Reliance Life Insurance has been providing life insurance services through a network of 169 branches and 18 schemes across the country. There are more than 21,000 agents involved in the company.

The program titled “Corporate Ethics and Corporate Culture and Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing” was attended by CEO Shiva Nath Pandey, Senior Deputy CEO Rakesh Pokharel, Deputy CEO Nirajan Kandel and other employees of the company’s main offices.
